Our meeting facilities were inspired by the local environment of Varkaus and Lake Saimaa and its long roots stretching back to the industrial age of the 19th century. Our meeting facilities, resplendent with the inspirational story of the local history and the latest in meeting technology, and our ancillary services in support of occupational wellbeing create a refreshing and innovative environment for meetings and events of all sizes at Hotel Oscar.

The Warkaus Hall, which is on the same block as the hotel, has an auditorium that can accommodate large events with ease. There is also a large lobby restaurant in the Warkaus Hall building, as well as two adaptable function rooms, so we can plan your event exactly how you want it.
